*Su Blackwell*

Whilst researching for my current project brief, this image of Blackwell's Magnolia Tree popped up and I thought it was just so different and pretty. It's obvious so much time, talent and commitment has gone into producing something these works of art and paper definately isn't the easiest material to work with when it comes to delicate cutting like this. They remind me so much of fairytales that were read to me as a child, maybe that's why I like it so much because I can indulge myself for a moment in to my carefree childhood years. Here's a few more pieces of her work.

The Secret Garden.

Birds, beasts and fishes.
