Emma Summerton is currently my favourite fashion photographer, I adore the way she can portray so many different moods and do so to the extent she does. Whether it's a fairydale scenario, psychodelic fantasia or deep, dark desires she executes each and every shoot beautifully.

Morning elegance?!

Click on the photo for the link to the youtube video its soo clever and made me smile :)
No wonder I feel more tired after a good nights sleep, maybe it is possible for dreams to come true...without even realising it!

Super Stylist...

Wow its been far too long since I last posted due to a photographic brief deadline at uni. That's all done and dusted now so I'm back...till the next deadline!

Anyway I've been looking at stylists lately and Edward Enninful is soo sick, he's got that edge and something different which is definately a skill and born talent. If you think of a few shoots you totally love I bet he styled at least one.I am soo jealous right now cuz I would LOVE his job...must have stylist AND fashion director at i-D. A girl can dream...

Top-Of-The-Crops

After seeing crop tops 'crop' up (sorry) on the prada and Cavalli catwalks I was seriously doubting whether or not this trend would catch on with mere mortals, but actually they're not as scary and cringey to wear as I first thought, as Cheryl and Lindsay demonstrate. I might actually brave it and experiment with this...

Zandra does M&S

Designer and High Street collaboration is rife and the latest one to pop up is Zandra Rhodes' exclusive capsule collection for M&S due for release in may. What's good about the collection is that it hasn't been 'watered' down for the High Street and retains her signature bold print styles, which would still appeal to M&S' core consumer. This no doubt means that M&S will boost their growing 'on-trend' rep, following in Topshops big style shoes who have previously collaborated with her.

Something to excite thee...

Alexander McQueen
Tom Binns

Net-a-porter have finally gone and done it- launched their off-price designer fashion site theoutnet.com and it is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. Ok so its not totally up to date stuff, but its a steal all the same and you're bound to get the wear out of it. I found a gorgeous Mulberry leather Emmy bag for £174.60!!! Yes you did read that right, one-seven-four, thats saving about 80% on rrp and there is soo much more bargainous finds to be had, including miu miu jeans for less than £40 and Christian Laboutins for £123 WOW. Most of the best bits have already sold out (unsurprisingly) even though the site has only been accessible since this morning. There's loads of designers on there from Vivienne Westwood to 3.1 Phillip Lim with more still to come, so even better. Ahh I guess that's one good thing to come out of the credit crunch.

Model Spot:: Sadie Newman

Sadie Newman is definately a new girl to watch out for. She has a rare natural beauty and she's only 15, so splits her time between modelling and school in Devon. Signed by FM Agency for her textbook English rose complexion, I know I'll be keeping my eyes peeled for her.

Super Stella...

I am rapidly becoming another hardcore Stella fan, after watching this catwalk coverage of her collection i agree with all of it! She does sexy, she does smart, she does creative and new, she basically does it all with the added bonus of being environmentally friendly, seriously what more could we want or for that matter need. Here's the link so you can check it out yourself.

I love lanvins bright volumous s/s 09 collection it just screams SUMMER and those fully saturated colours hit my spot. Big puffy shoulders make dressing up that little bit more exciting and demanding.

Laid back glam:

All Saints are rocking their notorious style once again with some beautiful harems, leather to absolutely die for and some marvelous military boots which have effortless chic written all over them. I want I want I want...

If there's one thing you absolutely must do today it is check out the new, more affordable, second clothing line from Preen's Justin Thornton and Thea Bregazzi. It has the same signiture style of figure flattering dresses and cute ankle crops as we're used to seeing but at a more affordable price range. Hoorah I hear you cheer, just as I did (I have quite a big grin on my face right now as if I'm sharing the worlds best kept secret!). So go take a look at the rest of their collection here...
